HOCKEY

Ay hockey my friends mum was the one who  taught us how to play. We played Jockeys and Horses. This is how you play Jockeys and Horses.  The Jockeys have to go behind the Horse. When the person says your name you start to run. Then we played another game. It was hit the ball. So we lined up, and our teacher hit the ball down the line and we had to try to hit it.

Durie Hill Steps

My teacher said that we will have to go up the Durie Hill steps and i was not excited about the steps. When we got on the steps and we went up them I felt dizzy when i was looking down. The steps were so, so, so exhausting for us and some of the class too. When we got up there we went to have morning tea on the small tower. Then we got to go on the tallest tower. One of my legs was too tired to go up more steps. Then we got down. It was a long way down. When we got down we played fruit salad. It was fun. Then we saw the bus and went back to school.

Neurons

The brain has neurons in it.  It makes messages in your brain. If something is too hot or cold the neurons tell the muscles to go in the sun or water.  The neurons  tell us everything,.

Weekly Reflection 23.2.18

This Wednesday we had a  pool party. We had water fights, slip and slides, sprinklers and paddling pools. People had to go to the water fights in their houses, like Kowhai, Puriri, Totara and Kauri, and you needed a water gun. The sprinkler was cold and when you went under it you wanted to go and have a hot shower. The paddling pools were just  for the little kids because big kids can't fit in the paddling pools.

Learning Reflection 16.2.18

I learned to work together when you're in groups. I got better at drawing and sketching to draw a tree. I also went to "Science in a Van."
